Internet disconnected

I spoke with someone in billing was told I was given to April 10th to pay my bill and my internet is off who can I contact to speak to a real person about while my internet is off

We're great to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to help, providing all the information you need. There are a couple of ways for you to address a past due amount and/or service interruption due to non-payment. If eligible, you can set up a payment arrangement as seen here. Alternatively, you may be able to set up an installment plan as seen here. Typically, we no longer set these up remotely, on your behalf. So please start there, and let us know if you're able to confirm a plan that's already in place. If we need to take a closer look, we can do that as well. Thank you so much for your time!
