Internet interruption

I need to know how to speak to someone concerning this because I had spoke to a representative who told me I had till April 10th to get my payment in because I had let her know that I had been hacked and that my money had been stolen from my account and that I got paid on the 3rd and she said she would give me till the 10th that should be in one of our conversations that was detailed and now my service is off and I don't have any money to pay so how can I call somebody or let y'all know or get it turned back on

@XfinityMarcus​  no I was not but I don't have money cause I got hacked I had spoke to a rep who said I would have till April 10 to pay my bill and now my internet is off? No one said anything about anything else there was a transcript that should say it. Now two days no Internet and can't even get a live person smto explain why I was told the 10 th of April and I also asked for my due date to be moved to the third.
