Internet Package Plan

I chose a $40 plan and paid the same amount for September. Now the billing statement for October shows $50. Why am I being charged an additional $10 when I had subscribed for $40 plan 1Gigabit?

Good evening user_krtn3a. I can understand the concern if you are seeing a different price than originally expecting. One thing that comes to mind right away, is the autopay and paperless billing discount. For customers enrolled in paperless billing and autopay from a bank account, there is a $10 discount applied. If either of those options are disabled or changed that would be one reason for the additional $10.

@XfinityJon I am enrolled in both of them, and yet still not seeing the $10 discount in the billing statement for October. It is mentioned in the September statement.
