Internet Services Disconnected
I need assistance regarding the recent disconnection of my internet service. I reached out to the Billing department yesterday to see if I could extend my payment arrangement by 2 days, and I was given confirmation that I would be granted the extension and my services would not be disconnected. This morning, I was notified that my services have been disconnected. I have screenshots of the conversation with the billing agent as well. Any assistance regarding getting my services turned back on until I can pay my arrangement at the end of the week would be greatly appreciated.
