Invoice for NOW internet

I have desperately trying to get invoices for my NOW internet service. I've been trying on both the laptop and the mobile app, without any luck. I did manage to finally get the chat bots to send me to a customer service agent. He said that he could get the manager to send me the invoice. I did get two emails. One was for an "article" that I might find helpful and the URL dead ends. The other email was a "follow up from earlier today" with...more LINKS, which worked BUT are not even remotely connected to how to find an invoice. For context: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/now-internet-faqs was the link for NOW internet.

I'm almost at the end of my rope. Just because it's a prepaid subscription doesn't mean that we might not need to demonstrate where the funds went to bitte housemates.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out about your NOW subscription concerns. While we may not have the billing history to send, you may log in to your account and it will show when the last payment was made and when the new payment will be made.

Do you need a longer history of payments? Would it be possible to filter these payments through your banking as well?

@XfinityEva That's not an invoice though. Some of us need something more official than screenshots of billing history to show where money went. Yes, I can show that the money was charged to my card...but that gives only that $30 went to Xfinity (not an itemized invoice).

I do completely understand where you are coming from, @Galatians_4_16! At this time, itemized invoices are not something that would be available for our NOW Internet. We can certainly submit the feedback as an option as we are always looking for ways to improve our customers experience. You can also submit your own feedback here. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help!
