iPad bundle discount not honored

On Aug. 29 I signed up for a bundle which involved adding an iPad and an associated mobile line. That was in addition to my existing Internet service. I was promised as bundle discount of $40 off of my Internet bill when I signed up for this bundle. 

I still have not seen any bundle discount on my Internet bill. 

I have contacted the chat support line many times and just get bounced back and forth between Internet support and Mobile support. There has been no resolution other than a one-time $40 discount applied to last month's bill; this month's bill again shows $90. 

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue and get the bundle discount I was promised?
