Is it possble to speak with a human??!!
I have major issues with billing. I only have internet and yet my bill changes and each month goes up!
The bots on the website are useless. When I finally found a number for billing, it automatically goes to hold and leaves a person on hold for over 30 minutes.
Worst customer service!!!
