Issue all years around

I'd like to know the difference between

xFi CompleteI a 25 dollars monthly 

My Xfinity plan 90 a month

My Xfinity services 116 a month 

 I only have a box and internet with them. After I've been charged for a homeline and 3 boxes for 3 years I am now careful about my bills. I've never been explained why. Now new charges on my bills. And these people can't even explain WHY”

I can absolutely appreciate wanting to understand the charges you see, and I would love to help in any way that I can! The best way to see a complete breakdown of all services you subscribe to and their associated costs is by locating the PDF copies of your statements online. Here's how:

  1. Log in to My Account
  2. Select the purple Account icon in the upper right corner
  3. Select "Billing"
  4. Select "Bill details"
  5. Select "Statement history"
  6. Click on "Statement PDF" under your current statement
  7. Or click on any of the previous statements listed to view the full document(s)
