Issues not resolved

The chain customer service relations and customer service was discriminating rude dishonest about prices want to hurry up and you people and to get the service is they don't want they keep encouraging cell phone services free for a year I keep telling him no they keep asking and demanding these prices are better these reimbursement prices will save you money this is harassing the customer service harassing the customer insisting on trying to make the customer I believe this is the best deal is wrong or Comcast and Comcast relations I want to be reimbursed here this is not right this is not right at all I want Comcast to reimburse me immediately in contact me

Let me make it very clear my name is [Edited: "Personal Information"]  Comcast Xfinity has discriminated against me poor services disrespect and that is not how you treat your customers if you want to talk to me you can give me a call to resolve this matter

strongly suggest this time you send that DM to try and get this resolved.  This isn't a "pity party" forum - it's a help and support forum.  You came here seeking help, but you won't participate in that help by sending the DM numerous employees have asked you to do.  If you don't want to help them help you, then this isn't the place for you.  You were banned temporarily once for this, but the next one will be a permanent ban.  Do yourself a favor and send that DM so that your issue can be resolved!
