Juck Customers care again

[Edited: "Solicitation"], 

tired to call to cancel my connection , they say it is done and will get a conformation in 24 hrs , but in 24 I only get an email saying they got the request cancel . lol 

I tried to call them today , I literally ran out of my phone charge .

why are you such a joke ?
