Good afternoon user_tx624j, and thanks for stopping by with your billing concern. I know how alarming it is to be charged something different from what I was expecting for any bill, so I definitely understand where you're coming from! If your bill is off by $10, it's possible that extra discount would be coming from the $10 off you get for having paperless billing with automatic payments through a bank account turned on for your monthly payments. Is that how you're currently setup?
