I am a customer for about 5 years now never late. I just switched jobs I didn't get paid yet how long do I have before my service gets shut off?

Hello, @user_tfsw28 thank you for taking time to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance to get your question answered, and I want to help get the information you need. We appreciate your long-standing tenure, and payment history with us and completely understand when life events happen beyond your control.
We do notify once the due date passes, that will provide some information: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/late-payments. From experience, when payment history is good, service usually isn't suspended until around the 3rd week from when it went past due.
Depending on when you get paid, you can also look to set up a payment arrangement to help avoid a service interruption: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/late-payments.
I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that if your account hasn't become past due yet, I don't have access to see when service may be interrupted as that doesn't populate until after a past due balance is on the account.
- Is the account currently past due?
