Less service, greater cost!

My bill went up by$20  but I lost NBC Bay Area Sports.  How does that work? This may be the impetus to get me to look at Sonic and YouTube TV.  30+ year customer and you finally have gotten on my last nerve!

@auntawesome I would be happy to review the account for a new discount. Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look. Just make sure you are logged on to your account to see the promotions available for your account.  You can also set up the services directly from the website.

I saw no "Direct Message" icon anywhere.  I looked at your website but there are no offers which would reduce my bill.  The email I received announcing I would no longer receive NBC Sports Bay Area said my bill would be reduced by $16.50 (even though you were charging $17.50) but the new bill I received not only didn't have a reduction, it went up by $20 and includes now a $19 Regional Sports Fee!!!!!!!  I would prefer not to leave Xfinity but my nephew is exploring YouTube TV and Sonic for me.
