LIARS/ disappointed customer

I've been a loyal customer for 6+years I also enrolled in auto pay.. so around November 2025 I called xfinity because I wasn't happy with the plus package, so they upgraded me too the ultimate package, the representative said my bill will be $186.00 a month so I was happy. But when the bill was due they took $223.00 .so I called xfinity again spent 3 hours 4 different representative and they said since it is end of year and prices are changing.  What the heck xfinity you guys told me $186 a month.  That is a total lie...
