Life Changes and Hardship - Need to Modify TV/Internet Package
Hello Xfinity Team! With recent life changes and hardship, I am needing to modify my current TV/Internet package to an Internet-only plan. The website has no options for me to complete this task myself. Package prices have been increasing too much too often, I can no longer keep both. Online offers only have add-ons and upgrades, yet also often gets stuck buffering when I try to navigate the deals. Been a loyal customer for nearly 30 years and would like to stay aboard for Internet as a necessity for work, but I am hoping to find a price point that fits with my current circumstances.
