Looking for a customer service representative

I lost my debit card had to get a new one and I am trying to change it so I can pay my bill that was due  today

Once the new card is added, you can process your bill right away. I can help. To update your debit card for Xfinity Mobile, follow these steps:

**Xfinity Mobile website:**
  1. Log in to your Xfinity Mobile account using the Primary or Manager’s Xfinity ID.
  2. Navigate to **Settings > Payment Method > Update Card**.
  3. Confirm your identity with a six-digit code sent to a trusted contact.
  4. After updating your information, select **Save**.
**Xfinity app:**
  1. Open the Xfinity app and log in.
  2. Tap the **Account** tab in the lower-right corner.
  3. Follow the prompts to update your card.
Note: An agent cannot update your payment information for you. Please let us know if this helps.
