**Xfinity Mobile website:**
- Log in to your Xfinity Mobile account using the Primary or Manager’s Xfinity ID.
- Navigate to **Settings > Payment Method > Update Card**.
- Confirm your identity with a six-digit code sent to a trusted contact.
- After updating your information, select **Save**.
**Xfinity app:**- Open the Xfinity app and log in.
- Tap the **Account** tab in the lower-right corner.
- Follow the prompts to update your card.
