LOUSY SERVICE FOR THE MONEY!!

What EXACTLY do I pay $79.00 for? Is it the the FILTERS that don’t work? Or maybe it is refusing to mail a spam report to Microsoft or other provider because it contains Spam? Perhaps it is the flood of Spam you let through?

kilbarchan Thank you for reaching out! You can report the spam emails that you receive. The reports go to our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team for review.

How do I report a spam email sent to my Comcast.net email account?

When reporting spam emails, it is critical that you send us the email headers. Please do not forward the spam email. Forwarding the email will remove the original headers.

Webmail Users

Select the message you wish to report as spam.
Click the "Spam" button in the right-hand corner of the webmail console.

Email Client Users (Windows Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)

Select the message you wish to report as spam.
Send the spam message as an attachment to missed-spam@comcast.net.

@XfinityMartyR Thank you! What do you have for a filter to discard all from edu or some of the Microsoft junk?

Does not adequately explain why a filter set such as “sender contains “edu” does not work.

@kilbarchan Have you tried to use the full domain of the sender and not just the 'edu?'

The full domain is different for every one of the .edu. garbage.
