Lower bill
I spoke with a Xfinity agent about lowering my bill for [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I was told there was nothing that could be done for the recent price increase. Before I look for service elsewhere I want to make sure this is the case. I don’t want to call Xfinity to disconnect my service after I have transferred my phone line with someone else only to be told I could have gotten a better price. I have 2 locations and 3 cell phones with Xfinity.
Please advise me if this is correct about my bill not being able to be lowered. I am retired and on a limited income I can afford this price increase.
