Loyalty Discount Not Applied
Hello! I received an email from xfinity saying I would be getting a loyalty discount credit of $15 per month on my bill for the next 12 months as long as you stay on the same Xfinity Internet package; which I am doing. However, in my upcoming bill, this credit was not added. Moreover, the bill is $15 higher than my previous bill. How can I get this credit reflected on my account?

Sorry to hear of the discount not being applied to the billing, after receiving the email about it continuing for the next 12 months. I appreciate the additional information about needing to stay on the same package, and you haven't made any changes. I'd like to investigate further and help get the missing discount resolved.
