Loyalty Discount not showing up in account
Hello,
I had a plan last year that cost me $38 a month. When I renewed my plan for this year I was suddenly being charged $84 a month for the same plan. I was going to immediately cancel my plan because I cannot afford this charge, but I was then offered a loyalty discount of $30 a month. With this discount I could afford to stay a customer. However, this loyalty discount has not appeared in my account even though the email that I received said it would be automatically applied. I tried to contact customer service but only got AI responses that were completely unhelpful for my situation. This is my last option to try and contact someone from Xfinity before I will need to start cancelling my account. Please let me know how I can access this loyalty discount, or some other discount/plan.

Good morning user_2n9ko4 thank you so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums with your promotion and billing questions. When a new discount is applied to an account, this applies to future billing statements, not ones that have already been generated. In some instances, we can provide a credit for the current bill, but this is a separate action. I'd love to review the billing for you to see where things are at.
