Mailing address for monthly bill payment

I want the address to mail monthly payent.

please send bill via usps by mail. I’ve asked this many times. I don’t pay bill online.

Good morning @user_al0bql, and thanks for posting to the community forums, I hope you are having a good day so far. I can understand the desire to change the billing options so that you receive a paper bill that you can pay. The options for turning paperless billing on and off are done through the Xfinity app or the website by following these steps here. Also, for the physical address to send a payment, that address can also be found on the PDF of the bill.

The address for the bill to get sent to can also be changed on the Xfinity website @user_al0bql . You can find instructions for that here.
