make a payment

I have tried to make a payment by phone, it won't let me.     I have tried to online but it will not load.   Is there another way to make a payment ?

Hello @user_si8gui the last place digital you can make a payment will be the Xfinity app. I will wait 24 hours and try again, but if that does not work you can go to your local Xfinity store to make a payment as well.

Why does nothing work on the website? Can't pay my bill here or on the app, and can't get anyone to respond to me in the chat support. This is the worst support for customers I've ever seen and all I'm trying to do is give you my money. LOL
