MOBILE BILLING ISSUES
Hey,
I would like to send you a direct message to officially file a complaint regarding ongoing issues with my mobile billing, which have been affecting me for the past five months. These billing problems have caused several additional complications, and I am increasingly frustrated. I want to formally document all communication related to this matter and am seeking a prompt resolution. It's been dragging on for far too long, and I’m eager to have it resolved as soon as possible.

When you reach out to us on Xfinity Forums about a Mobile concern we will collaborate with our Mobile team to provide you with the best possible support. Just send us a direct message when you have a chance. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
