Mobile Billing

I have been billed for an extra line since June.  I have made repeated calls and visited the store (last visit was 9/8).  I even spoke to an agent via video call the last time (9/8/25) and was assured I would be credited.  NO CREDIT.  What does a person have to do to get their account corrected?
