Mobile line billing error

I signed up xfinity internet with a free mobile line in February and have both activated on Feb 28. Today I just received the mobile phone bill and I got charged full price! No $40 mobile line credit and no $10/month bring your device credit . Please fix it. 
also I used my friend referral to sign up both services and it’s not reflected in the incentive tracker either. I emailed twice for an update and neither time did I receive a reply.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
