Hello @user_9hh9v9, thanks for taking the time to reach out with your mobile billing concerns. The message you received is when your residential internet account that is associated with your mobile account is closed or package changed to a tier that is not eligible for the promotion. To confirm, have you made changes to your account or moved locations without doing a transfer of service?
