Multiple outages - no credits

The Xfinity app has started telling me I can no longer claim credits for outages as I've exceeded the maximum limit. That doesn't seem right as the outages continue to happen and I'm paying for services unrendered. Today I had a 4 hour outage that I cannot be credited for? Seems wrong

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there @user_27b88x. I am sorry to hear that you are not able to request a credit for a service interruption. You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. Now there is a limit to request a credit online. If you have exceeded the limit, we are happy to go over the credit here.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

Let me know if you have any questions.

To anyone with this same issue: this problem still has not been addressed. I was directed to provide details through private messaging where it has now remained dormant for 6 days.
