Multi-Product Discount deception

On 12/8/2024 I spoke with an agent, was told I would receive a few discounts, with the assumption I transferred over my existing BYOD phone along with upgraded my internet speed on the same day. The expectation going forward was phone bill would be about $40/month and internet would be about $25/month.

Fast forward 105 days later and I am still missing the "multi-product discount" the Xfinity agent mentioned I would receive. Since then I have been in contact with over 20+ agents and no one has been able to help. I have all the original transcripts saved and documented.

Hey there, user_s46021, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your billing concern. I recently got a bill from my gym for more than I was expecting, and I know how frustrating it can be. We would be happy to take a look at your bill to ensure you are being charged the correct amount. If you can please send me a Direct Message with your full name and your full address?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
