My Bill Amount Increased

Why did my bill go up almost $15 for my next bill? Please just answer the question and do not lust refer me to my billing page, I have been there twice and still don't know why. That page is so confusing!

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address, so I can find the account and help.

Just forget it, I am SO TRIED OF XFINITY Non-Customer Service! You can't call without spending time listening to recordings, you can't email. If there were other services in my area for me, Comcast/xFinity would be gone! Goodbye!

@XfinityEmilyB wanted to get your personal information in private so she can look at your bill and explain why your bill went up.

FWIW, you won't find the information on your current bill but on your last bill on either page 3 or page 4.
