My bill has almost doubled overnight for the same service, amidst constant connection issues. This is insane

Hello, @user_14zpw3 how are you? Most of the time when your bill increases a promotion expired. Have you checked page three of your billing statement to see if you had a discount that came to an end? You can view your statements in PDG files from the Xfinity app or from www.Xfinity.com.
