My bill increased by 50% or $50
My bill increased by 50% or $50 and when trying to chat with support it takes me to an infinity loop that doest allow me to chat with anyone.
This seems to be by design to prevent customers from getting support they need. Services have been worse in years and internet once reliable are choppy and slow.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
