My bill is outrageous
My Xfinity bill is absolutely outrageous. I’ve been with Comcast/Xfinity for 20+ years and haven’t added or removed any services in 10+ years, yet my bill has gone from $190 to $340 in a few years. I’ve tried “chatting with an agent” to get my bill lowered and after going through all the verification and then explaining my reason for contacting customer service, they just “schedule” to have someone from customer service call me, which of course never happens. I’ve tried calling customer service lol, I honestly don’t know why I even waste my time. Why is it so difficult to get the most basic of things done?! I can’t even look at the current offers online without it telling me to contact customer service. I am beyond fed up with Xfinity at this point. They’re about to find all their equipment scattered in my front yard!
