My Bill Suddenly Doubled?

My bill suddenly doubled.

I tried to change plan and I found out that I can lower my monthly payment by selecting a speed that isn't even 1/3 of the speed I had at 150% of what I was paying?

I see the addresses near me can get my internet for close to the price I was paying previously, but for some reason, I can't even get down to the price to what I was paying even if I drop to 150Mbps?

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message. 


  Click "Sign In" if necessary


 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
