My bill was raised by 50$

My bill was changed from 51$ to 101$ and I haven’t changed card payment or out of paperless billing. I still have both enabled so why is my bill higher?

Hello, @Tiffanyt96. A $50 increase would definitely get my attention too. As a starting point, I recommend reviewing page 3 of a bill from a few months before the increase occurred. On this page, there should be green text explaining when the promotions on the account are set to expire. Comparing that date to when the bill increased is often the quickest way to determine whether the increase is related to a promotion ending.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
 1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
 2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
 3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. 
 4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
 5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
 6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
 7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
 8. Press Enter to send it.
