My BILL

Been ripped off for over 2.5 yrs. 

3 tickets in, no resolution. 

Next up, Demand Letter then small claims court. 

I will sue for the full amount in California. 

Us Consumers want answers!!!

I have been on auto pay for almost 3 years. Signed up, and have been paying for 1 Gig. I have only been receiving 500 mgbts…for almost 3 years. 

My cyber security (son) pulled all of our diagnostics. I have print-outs, I have recorded conversations with several representatives. They have admitted that this wasn’t right!! I have all of my recorded calls!! 

I was told when I initiated my first ticket…I would be contacted within 48 hours. We are now in day 20. Still no resolution. 

Another call/conversation logged tonight from a representative in Egypt. 

I want MY money back!!!
