My monthly bill is out of control!!
Our monthly bill for cable/internet has steadily grown over the past year to approx $275 a month! We are retired and can’t keep doing this! I spoke with two different reps in two departments today and all they could offer me were set packages that would include a mobile line, which I do not want or need! They could not offer me any options to retain the services we are receiving and want to keep at a lower price! Seriously???! This price is ridiculous, especially on a retired budget! We are seriously considering canceling our service and exploring other options instead!!
