my reimbursement on my account for overpayment

I was owed my my back on my DEBT card .I was owed only 60 days back and the rest of my money was going  on my account every time I call Xfinity is giving me the run around I was told by two supervisors that I would receive an email confirmation regarding my fund being put back on my account.I really need someone to call me I've been patient .

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
