NBCBay Area Sports issue

@XfinityRichard

Roberto, I am very frustrated with A1!

I should be getting NBCBay Area Sports with my package, but  when tuning in to the channel it says I need a subscription.  I've missed several Giants games this weekend.  Any recomnendations on how I should proceed?

Thanks!

Hello,

user_grhkgs I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting NBC Bay Area sports channels. I would love to assist you further, can you please send a direct message so that we can take a look at your package.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
