Need a refund for wrongfully being overcharged for 12 months

On January 5, 2025 I made a payment of $100.48 however on January 11 Xfinity wrongfully reverse the payment for insufficient funds. I provided proof that I had over the amount that they asked for in my account and also that they never even initiated trying to take the money despite me being given a confirmation email that they received my payment. There’s also no proof that they even reversed the transaction so I’m just confused on why everyone keeps hanging up on me instead of giving me my refund and bringing my February 2026 bill is appropriate amount. Since February 2025, I have encountered late fees due to a processing error on Xfinity’s part; I should not be penalized for any errors because I provided proof that I did have the money in my account at the time so there’s no reason why the money should have been returned for insufficient funds and every time I speak to an agent and they realize what I’m saying is correct that hang up on me or transfer me to security. I would like my refund for all the times I was overcharged for late fees for 12 months to my bank account and for my bill to be revised to it’s proper amount for February 2026.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
