Need Help Lowering My Bill
My Xfinity bill is going to increase over 50% in the next billing cycle. I am not interested in continuing my internet service if I can't have the price lowered. I looked at the offers available to me and none of them appealed to me. I have an internet only plan, which is what I want to stick to. I simply want my same internet speed (or slightly slower) for a great rate. Hopefully, someone from Xfinity can help me like they've done in the past.

Xfinity is pricing me and all my friends out of cable service and forcing us to streaming.
I have been a customer for many years, a senior now and being priced out of cable !!!
I wish upper management would discuss my concerns with me directly but they wont take calls.
I have only been able to talk to supervisors and would like management to hear my concerns but they will not take calls!!!
My company Advanced Communication has sold voice and internet services to my customer base for years but that is going to change as I get no respect.
