Need to follow up previous direct message but was told to post first
I had some issues earlier and was asked to come back here on the 5th to go over things to make sure everything went as intended. I found a related issue today and went to send a message and got an automated message saying I need to post here first.
So I am posting here so I can't get the billing issue that has developed work out hopefully quickly via a direct message that is related to previous help I had received here.
