Hello, @user_8qnmjk thank you for taking time out of your day to create a post. You've contacted the right place for assistance, and completely understand wanting to have your payment option set to the way you would like.

You can remove auto-pay for Xfinity residential service easily through the helpful Xfinity App, here is a great article from our website that goes over turning that off: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments

If your promotion has a discount for autopay and paperless statements, when that is turned off you will lose any discounts for having that set up. If you change your mind in the future, you can set that back up and the discounts will appear within 45 days.

Xfinity Mobile does require autopay to have that service, so wanted to help get the proper expectations set up that if that is the autopay looking to be turned off that is not option. Please let me know if this helpful, or if you still need assistance.
