Need to understand why my bill went

My monthly bill went up about 90% . I have been trying to reach a live agent but have been unsuccessful. How can I get assistance on this.

@user_pigphh You can find a great guide and reference sheet on how to view and understand your Xfinity monthly statement through this resource. If you are wanting to explore account change options to potentially reduce your monthly rate after it sounds like your previous promotion expired, we would recommend using our plan builder. You'll want to log in with your Xfinity ID to see existing options for changes to your account that it is eligible for as well as online-exclusive promotions!

No, my question was not answered.  I thought Xfinity was better than Comcast in that regard, but I guess not. :-(

My bill goes from $22 to $44 over other month or so...why is that?  I don't use my iPhone any differently from one month to another, so I'm confused!!
