It is the best resource to manage the account and service online when we are not available. It is my favorite as I can check the service health, and also reboot the wifi for dinner time. That ensures the kids come to eat, and that makes me very happy. Here is a link that I found for you to make it easy to use https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/. After clicking Add Payment Method, you’ll need to confirm your identity by entering a six-digit code sent to a trusted contact method before proceeding. I found the steps for you to add a registered phone or email here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-text-alerts. That will allow you to receive a security code as the account owner, in order to confirm it is you.
