Never received confirmation email

I upgraded to gigabyte online with a promotional rate and never received a confirmation email or change to my account.

With no confirmation email or noticeable change in your services, have you attempted to go online again to try and submit the order again? Did you also go through the customer approval process of sending an SMS or Email link to approve the changes to the account?

@XfinityDemitrius​ Submitted the order 2x and i was talking to an agent on livechat that was not of much assistance and was trying to push me into a different deal entirely. I could try again online and provide you with the new order number if that will help get things moving? Thank you for the speedy reply.

@Am994 Thank you for confirming that you did attempt to submit the order twice. I'm happy to look into this further on our end and help process these changes. To get started please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support. 

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
