New phone return
I was trading in an iPhone 12 with cracks and chips all over I told the rep that when she ask questions she said does it turn off and on and does it charge she said I would get approximately 444.00 for it I took the new phone toxfinity to get them switched they informed me I was misled and that I would recieve nothing for my trade in so I've been trying to give the new phone back every since.and still Trying .

@user_4fsmlr The device would have needed to be returned or initialize the return within 14 days of it being purchased per our return policy. I would recommend reviewing our phone trade FAQs at the bottom of this page for additional information on how the process with Assurant operates.
