No longer receiving bill ready notifications

Since the March 2025 billing statement I am no longer receiving the bill ready notifications.  I have text notifications turned on and the phone number associated with the notification is correct.  I’ve also confirmed they are not going into spam.

If you were consistently receiving bill ready notifications before March 2025 and they’ve suddenly stopped, even with your text settings and phone number confirmed, it sounds like something might’ve glitched behind the scenes with your communication preferences.

 

What we can do next is refresh your billing notification settings to help re-trigger the alerts. Here’s what we recommend:

  1. Head to xfinity.com and sign in.

  2. Click on the Account icon (the little head and shoulders).

  3. Select Account & Identity, then Account Communications.

  4. From there, uncheck the box for text notifications for bill ready alerts, save it, and then re-check it to re-enable — kind of like a reset.

Sometimes doing this helps kick the system back into gear. If you’ve already tried this or it still doesn’t work, let us know.
