no one will help me!!!
What is the email address for me to send a written complaint about customer service? I have been bounced around on the chat agent service, talked with multiple people on the "phone" customer service and no one can address my complaint I Made payment arrangement through Xfinity app. For the 1st payment on 3rd and 2nd payment on 12th. They end up taking the full amount . what is purpose the the arrangement when they are not going to honor it. I had called them over and over again about my refund They can take money from you but If they owe you they don't know you!!!!!

To clarify a payment arrangement prevents services from being soft disconnected by allowing a customer to extend their payment. It requires you to pay the full past due amount owed by the future date selected. You set up the payment arrangement online, in the IVR or through an agent with one-time payment access.
The payment arrangement is not to be confused with a scheduled payment which is required:
A scheduled payment secures the payment using a bank account or credit/debit card.
A scheduled payment can’t be made with a restricted payment type.
To clarify did you set up a payment arrangement and scheduled payment for less than the full amount due?
