Not getting $10 discount

Hi, I've linked the autopay (from bank account) to my xfinity internet a week ago. But the discount is not applied to this month's bill and the upcoming bill. I'm worried that it"ll never be applied.

Hey @user_0pp2qq thank you for reaching out about this great benefit with the autopay! It can take up to 45 days or two billing cycles to apply. View more at:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/automatic-payment-paperless-billing

 

We can also check to make sure it has been added successfully. Just send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started. 

 

•  Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary 
•  Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon) 
•  Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
•  Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
•  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
•  Press Enter to send it
