Not Given What was Promised
I was told that I would get 3 new iPhones and 3 free iWatches if I switched from AT&T. I could also get a new iPad for $10 a month. The new iPhones were trade-ins and I would be paying approximately $20 a month for those for 2 years. I was told my first year bill would be approximately $140 a month and next year it would be approximately $160 a month. Plus I was told I would get 3 $200 gift certificates and 3 $500 gift certificates to pay-off my AT&T contract. Plus I would get $40 off my cable/TV/internet bill which was $209 a month. Two months in & my cable/tv/internet bill is $219. My mobile bill is $240 and I have not received any gift cards. Called several times & they say they will "escalate" my issue and call back in 7 to 10 business days. I called back yesterday and got same routine. My friend who told me about the offer never got their gift cards either. Same routine. Thinking about calling better business.

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_716f49! I know I personally would be concerned if my mobile and internet bills were missing significant promotions I switched over for. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? We’d love the opportunity to turn this experience around! To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
